Ms. Kullik has administrative and litigation experience in all aspects of public and private sector labor and employment law.
She counsels employers on litigation prevention, human resource management, health and safety issues, and proactive compliance strategies for federal and state laws. She develops and conducts training and compliance seminars for employers, managers, supervisors and employees; defends employers in cases involving allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation and wrongful discharge, and litigates cases relating to trade secrets and restrictive covenants.
Ms. Kullik is a frequent lecturer on employment law topics, and serves as a mentor to law students and new lawyers.
She received her BA summa cum laude from Kent State University and earned a JD from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, Cleveland State University. She is currently admitted in the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio and U.S. Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit.
Ms. Kullik is a Board Member of Easter Seals Northern Ohio. She is a member of the Ohio State, Cleveland Metropolitan and Lorain County Bar Associations, the Ohio Association of Civil Trial Attorneys, the Defense Research Institute (DRI), and the Society for Human Resource Management.
Amy and her husband, Chip, reside in Westlake, Ohio. Chip is a radio personality on WMJI, Magic 105.7, as well as a business owner.
